Curs 2020-2021Tutora: Elena Larrauri PijoanLa violència de gènere és un fenomen que està present i impacta a totes les societats. Així i tot hi ha sectors i col·lectius de la població que són més vulnerables. L’objectiu d’aquest treball és veure i estudiar, a través d’una revisió bibliogràfica i una anàlisi de la Macroenquesta de la Violència Contra la Dona de 2019 com afecta la variable país de naixement a la predisposició a la victimització per violència de gènere. La literatura exposada reflexa quins són els factors legals i psicosocials que poden afectar a aquests col·lectius i també s’exposen les diferents teories criminològiques que podrien explicar una major prevalença de la victimització d’aquests sectors de la població. D’aquesta revisió i anàlisis, s’ha extret que realment sí que hi ha factors diferencials que fan que les dones no nascudes a Espanya acabin rebent major violència de gènere en proporció, encara que no s’han trobat resultats significatius on es mostri que aquestes dones denuncien més.Gender-based violence is a phenomenon that impacts all societies. Nonetheless, there are sectors and groups of the population that are more vulnerable. The aim of this project is to see and study, trough a bibliographic review and an analysis of the Macro survey of Violence Against Women in 2019 how the country of birth variable affects the proportion of violence received compared to women born in Spain.The exposed literature reflects the legal and psychosocial factors that can affect these groups and also exposes the different criminological theories that could explain a greater prevalence of victimization of the vulnerable groups. From this review and analysis, it has been extracted that there are different factors that make immigrant women end up receiving a higher proportion of gender violence, although no significant results have been found showing these women report more.
