Curs 2018-2019 Tutor: José Miguel Aliaga Hernández La finalitat del treball és crear una metodologia per a implementar projectes d'automatitzacions logístiques en un entorn enfocat a la indústria 4.0. El projecte s'enmarca en el sector de l'automoció, concretament, a la fàbrica de SEAT Martorell, on s'automatitzaran dues rutes amb AGVs. Per a això, es contextualitzen tant la indústria 4.0, determinant la seva importància en un entorn empresarial; com a sector automobilístic i SEAT. Es proposa la metodologia, que és validada a mesura que el projecte avança. El treball conclou amb els elements clau de la metodologia, destacant quals s'han pogut ratificar i quals estarien pendents d'això. La finalidad del trabajo es crear una metodología para implementar proyectos de automatizaciones logísticas en un entorno enfocado a la industria 4.0. El proyecto se enmarca en el sector de la automoción, concretamente, en la fábrica de SEAT Martorell, donde se automatizarán dos rutas con AGVs. Para ello, se contextualizan la industria 4.0, determinando su importancia en un entorno empresarial; el sector automovilístico y SEAT. Se propone la metodología, que se valida a medida que el proyecto avanza. El trabajo concluye con los elementos claves de la metodología, destacando cuales se han podido ratificar y cuales estarían pendientes de ello. The purpose of the work is to create a methodology to implement logistics automation projects in an environment focusseds on industry 4.0. The project is framed in the automotive sector, specifically in the SEAT Martorell factory, where two routes will be automated with AGVs.
