Design and manufacture of a 3D Printer

The aim of this work is to create and manufacture working prototype of a 3D printer. The task is first addressed by conducting broad study about 3D printing technology and available designs in the industry and consumer market. In the next step, in the redesigning and investigation process, various iterations of improved 3D Printers models are made and evaluated, including commercialized in self-funded company Pyramid 3D Studio: the model MM S P3DS. The final outcome of this work is a creation of brand new CNC machine- Witmax 3D Printer. The new model is presented along with the description of manufacturing technology, assembly guide, user manual and tutorial to 3D printing techniques.
