The resentment for not taking advantage of the patients’ data collected during the last 4 years lead Le Domaine–ULB Hospital Center to propose their case as a Master thesis topic. This paper will be the attestation of work done. It will describe the steps that have been followed to convert the data stored into an open and appropriate database. First, the database will be designed, always taking into account that the records stored will be used for subsequent studies. Data will be organized in ACCDB format, so most of all common statistic packages can be used for posteriori analysis. Then, a computer program will be created which permits to upload the database with new incoming data and to give essential information about each attribute of the tables. Once the application is finished, a monitoring period will be provided in order to help the personnel of the Center to make the most of the features of the program.
