| dc.description | Aquest Treball de Final de Grau respon a la demanda que hi ha a Catalunya sobre la necessitat d’una millora educativa en l’àmbit cientificotècnic. S’estudia la base teòrica d’aquest tipus d’educació i la seva situació actual a Europa i en concret a Catalunya, explorant noves propostes educatives com és l’educació STEM, concepte que fa referència a la cohesió de les disciplines Ciència, Tecnologia, Enginyeria i Matemàtiques, i noves eines com la robòtica educativa. Així doncs, l’objectiu principal del projecte és l’estudi de la viabilitat i la creació de l’empresa de serveis TechTalent basada en noves tecnologies com la robòtica educativa, la impressió 3D, les aplicacions Android, etc. per tal de promoure l’educació STEM a Catalunya i generar interès cap a les seves disciplines. A través de serveis com formació, impressió 3D, subministrament de material i organització de competicions es volen emfatitzar en els joves competències transversals tan essencials pel seu futur com el treball en equip, lideratge, creativitat, pensament crític i resolució de problemes. Els resultats del projecte han estat obtenir un pla d’empresa complet perquè TechTalent comenci la seva activitat amb estudis de mercat i de competència, diversos anàlisis interns, pla d’accions, de màrqueting i financer i en general, tot un plantejament per l’empresa que resultarà molt positiu tenir en mà. A més, s’han desenvolupat un conjunt de plataformes robòtiques i taulells que l’empresa utilitzarà per captar l’interès dels estudiants cap al món de la robòtica i les noves tecnologies. Tot plegat, ha resultat fent que l’empresa esdevingui constituïda i pugui començar la seva activitat a partir del Setembre 2015. |
| dc.description | This project responds to Catalonia’s claim of the need of an educational improvement in the scientifictechnical field. The theoretical principles of this kind of education is studied as the current situation in Europe and specifically in Catalonia, exploring new education initiatives such as STEM education. This education is focused on bringing together sciences, technology, engineering and mathematics and it’s accompanied by new tools such as educational robotics. The main objective of this project is to make a viability study and create a real service company, TechTalent, based on new technologies like educational robotics, 3D printing, Android applications, etc. in order to promote STEM education in Catalonia and generate interest towards its subjects. Through the services like training, 3D printing, distribution and competition organization the company tries to emphasize essential competences in children and young people as teamwork, leadership, creativity, critical thinking and problem solving skills. The project’s results are having a complete business plan for TechTalent to start its activity with market research, the competition, internal analysis, actions plan, marketing plan and financial plan. In general, it will be a whole reference for the company to look up to. In addition, some robotic platforms and playing fields have been designed and developed by the company in order to engage students to robotics and new technologies. At the end of the project the company is incorporated to the market and ready to start its activity on September 2015. |
