El següent treball tracta sobre la relació d’alguns dels factors de risc existents
associats a la conducta suïcida. Una vegada revisats els conceptes de manera
separada, l’objectiu serà vincular els factors de risc, és a dir, la desesperança, el
recolzament social percebut i l’autoestima, al risc suïcida, comparant una mostra
amb diagnòstic de trastorn psicòtic i una mostra sense diagnòstic. Per assolir aquest
objectiu, s’ha realitzat una part empírica en la qual s’ha estudiat si hi ha relació entre
els factors de risc mencionats i el risc suïcida. En relació a les hipòtesis formulades,
s’ha trobat que els pacients amb diagnòstic de trastorn psicòtic tenen un percentatge
bastant més alt de risc suïcida que la mostra sense diagnòstic, que la desesperança
és el millor predictor d’aquesta conducta i que el recolzament social actua com a
factor protector.
The following paper discusses the relationship between some of the risk factors
involved in the risk of suicide. Once reviewed the concepts separately, the goal will
be linking the risk factors: the hopelessness, the perceived social support and the
self-esteem to the risk of suicide, comparing a sample diagnosed with a psychotic
disorder and a sample undiagnosed. To achieve that, we are also performing an
empirical part in which has been studied the relationship between the mentioned risk
factors and the suicidal behaviour. In relation to the mentioned hypotheses, it has
been found that the patients diagnosed with a psychotic disorder have a fairly high
percentage than the sample undiagnosed, it has also been found that the
hopelessness is the better predictor of this behaviour and that the perceived social
support acts as a protective factor. |
