Título:	Programa pacient expert en estomes digestius : disseny d'una prova pilot

Notas:	Curs 2014-2015 Objectius: (1) dissenyar una prova pilot de Programa Pacient Expert en Estomes Digestius i (2) comparar l’acceptació de l’estoma i l’adaptació a aquesta nova situació en usuaris que participen en el Programa Pacient Expert en Estomes Digestius versus els usuaris que únicament realitzen seguiment tradicional amb infermera de referència.Metodologia: estudi quasi-experimental amb grup control i grup intervenció tipus quantitatiu desenvolupat a nivell de l’atenció primària de salut a la regió sanitària de Barcelona amb una mostra total de 24 participants. L’obtenció de les dades es realitzarà a través de mètodes quantitatius (qüestionari de Montreux, enquesta de coneixements, enquesta de satisfacció i registre d’assistència) per avaluar la qualitat de vida, els coneixements i el grau de satisfacció i implicació. Els resultats es recolliran en la sessió/consulta nº1, nº9, als 6 i 12 mesos. Limitacions de l’estudi: que (1) no es reuneixi mostra suficient i (2) que hi hagi pèrdues de participants. Objectives: (1) to design a pilot trial about “Expert Pacient Programme in Digestive Ostomy” and (2) to compare the ostomy acceptance and the adaptation to this new situation between patients who participate in the “Expert Patient Programme in Digestive Ostomy” versus patients who only attend to the nursing control.................... Methodology: a quasi-experimental quantitative study using a control group and a intervention group developed at the Primary Health Care in the Barcelona’s health region and a total random sample of 24 patients. The data collection will be performed using quantitative methods (Montreux’s test, knowledge’s test, satisfaction’s test and the assistance registration) in order to evaluate the quality of life, the knowledge, the satisfaction’s level and the involvement. The results will be performed at the first and ninth meeting and 6 and 12 months after that. Study limitations: (1) the sample size cannot be sufficiently large and (2) the possibility of losing patients between the first and last meeting.
