Título:	La recherche-intervention comme accompagnement du changement : le cas d'une formation de formateurs

Notas:	L'objet de cet article est de rendre compte d'une recherche initiée dans le cadre d'un Projet Européen comprenant sept actions et dont l'intention générale est l'innovation et la coopération universitaire France/Espagne. Cet article s'inscrit dans l'action relative à la professionnalisation et au développement de la formation professionnelle en Espagne. Notre intention est de présenter la démarche de recherche qui a accompagné l'élaboration d'un référentiel pour la conception d'une Formation de Formateurs, formation qui a été mise en place sous la forme d'un Diplôme Universitaire dans un premier temps. Cette démarche a été largement interrogée pour tenter de répondre à la question : comment travailler avec des professionnels dans un objectif de production scientifique et praxéologique ? The aim of this article is to report on a research project initiated as part of a European Project comprised of seven actions, and whose general intention is to foster academic innovation and cooperation in favour of cross-border employment between France and Spain. The research presented in this article is part of the action devoted to professionalizing and the development of lifelong training in Spain. The objective of our intervention-research project was to accompany the design of a Training of Trainers project. The plan is to explore research approach who contributed the process of elaboration of competency framework for the design of trainers's training project and part of the results. This approach was widely questioned to try a answer the question: how to work with professionals in an objective of scientific and pragmatic production?
