Abstract: | This paper shows an easy to implement teaching strategy, which leads the students to their own progression towards the adquisition of professional competences, as well as to developing their own perception of the main deficiencies they should address. Once implemented in the UB-UPC Statistics Degree, the students showed concern with quality and good work, an increase in their self-criticism capacity, as well as in their motivation towards success; and finally, a better appraisal of team-work. |
