This paper is the 5th updated version of “New insights on the blocking flow shop problem” (January 2010). Each release updates the solutions of precedent releases The values of the 2nd release (February 2010) were reproduced and used in Ribas et al. (2011). The release of February 2011 improves 90 solutions from the 120. The present paper improves only 22 solutions using a new version of CERCOP with an improved neighborhood exploration and a inefficient chains broker.
