This report is a description of the work completed for the Nano-RUF concept vehicle. The report
includes information on the background of the RUF system, research into existing personal mobility
concepts, components and a proposal of materials. Explanations are given on how the group reached
certain decisions and the systematic approaches that were used to achieve them. The report
describes the design of the Nano-RUF and the reasons for choosing the solutions adopted for each
feature. A final concept is presented and technical data is given. It follows an in depth business
proposal that could help develop the Nano-RUF on a larger scale. Focussing on obtaining investor
proposals. The report gives detailed estimations on the vehicles performance and structural
characteristics. A description is given about the construction of a 3D animation that displays the
Nano-RUF in its environment. |
