Català: El desenvolupament de les noves tecnologies aplicades a les infraestructures i a la transmissió de dades possibilita l’accés de manera immediata als usuaris de vehicles a informació sobre el trànsit. La informació sobre el temps de viatge per carretera, en tant que útil per generar un benefici en estalvi de temps, té un valor per als usuaris. Aquest fet, sumat a que la previsió del temps de viatge és la variable d’anàlisi del trànsit més apreciada i valorada per part dels usuaris a l’hora de viatjar, fan que la investigació sobre el sistema d’informació del temps de viatge sigui una de les claus de tota política orientada a la millora del sistema de transport d’un territori. Es desenvolupa un model per a la obtenció del valor de la pròpia informació a partir de la teoria bayesiana, calculant el benefici en temps que genera la informació com a diferència entre el que succeeix per disposar d’informació i el que succeeix quan no se’n disposa, més concretament, per la diferència dels retards en els dos escenaris. Es consideren nombroses situacions a tractar que afecten en el valor de la informació a determinar: el grau de coneixement previ de la infraestructura i del seu funcionament, l’instant en el qual es sol)licita la informació amb el marge de maniobra que permet a l’usuari i el tipus d’informació subministrada. La monetarització del temps és el pas final per convertir el benefici en temps en diners, en diferents vessants: valor del temps de viatge, valor del temps d’espera per haver arribat abans de temps, valor del temps de retard i valor del temps de retard tot i haver fet cas al sistema d’informació. També es considera la valoració d’aspectes intangibles, com l’estrès produït per la incertesa de l’hora d’arribada al destí; es monetaritza la reducció de l’estrès que genera la presència d’informació en sí mateixa. Es presenta un model completament paramètric sobre el qual es realitzarà un anàlisi de sensibilitat. A més, es realitza una aplicació del model a la realitat geogràfica catalana, amb la utilització de dades reals de temps de viatge de l’autopista AP-7, i dades obtingudes amb la realització de treball de camp. L’aplicació del model es durà a terme des de dues vessants, un anàlisi individual del valor de la informació segons tipus d’usuari seguint la casuística abans descrita, i una anàlisi global, que sintetitza el valor de la totalitat dels usuaris de la infraestructura, oferint doncs, el valor conjunt del sistema d’informació. Es realitza un posterior anàlisi del resultats de les aplicacions efectuades incidint en aquells paràmetres que més influència tenen en el valor de la informació. També es realitza una petita incursió a mode de recopilació de literatura sobre temes complementaris en la determinació del valor de la informació, però de gran importància en el conjunt del sistema d’informació, com són els procediments i tendències actuals per a la determinació, mesura i previsió del temps de viatge (que, en definitiva, és la base del sistema d’informació), i els canals de difusió de la mateixa, el mode com la informació arriba als usuaris. Per últim, es recull com a annex el treball informàtic complementari a la metodologia descrita, eina fonamental per a la obtenció de resultats i conclusions.

English: New developments in applied technologies into the infrastructures and data transmission allow the users to have an almost immediate access to traffic information. Road travel time information by itself is useful to the drivers because of the benefits in time that generates. In addition to this, the fact that travel time prediction is traffic information most valuated item by the users, drive us to know why is travel time system information so important in every policy oriented to improve the quality of the transportation system in a country. It is developed a methodology in order to obtain the value of information following the patterns of the Bayesian theory, calculating the timebenefit as a difference between two scenarios: what happens when information is not available, and when it is. And what is more, we will present the methodology in terms of delay differences between them. Several different situations are considered which influence in the value we are investigating: the previous knowledge of the drivers about the route they are about to travel to, the moment the information is ordered with the decision margin for the users, and the kind of information demanded. To put this benefit into terms of money is the last step of the methodology; on this purpose we have to consider different values for the cost of time: travel time value, early arrival value, delay arrival value, and delay arrival value even if we had followed the information provided by the system. It is also considered the valuation of non-strictly measurable topics, as the stress produced by the uncertainty in arrival time is: what is valuated is stress reductions because of information availability, which is useful to the road owners. It is presented an absolutely parametric model for making a sensibility analysis. It is carried out an application of the model by using real catalan travel time data, collected in AP-7 highway, and survey’s data. This application is made from two different points of view: an individual analysis of the information value with the casuistry seen before, and a global analysis, which sums up the whole kind of users of the road, and let us obtains the value of the system information. Then it is made a study of application’s results, focusing on the most remarkable parameters, those who have a highest influence in information value. A little research is also done in two complementary topics related with information travel time system but highly important: tendencies and methods used nowadays in order to measure and forecast the travel time (which is, actually, the basis of the information system) and diffusion channels of information, the way the information is obtained by the users. Finally, it is added, as an annex, the computer’s model programming task, an essential tool to determine results and conclusions about the model defined in the present study.
