Aquest treball té com a objectiu recollir les estratègies adients per poder
treballar dins l’aula ordinària amb tots els infants però sobretot amb aquells que
mostren més dificultats d’autoregulació del comportament i d’atenció.
Així doncs, he fet l’observació d’un nen de 5 anys dins l’aula, que mostra
hiperactivitat i manca d’atenció, juntament amb problemes emocionals, per
posteriorment poder escollir les estratègies més adients segons les necessitats
observades. Per aquest fet, he dut a terme estratègies de comportament i de
coneixement emocional, poden així ajudar a l’infant a ser conscient de l’emoció
que ell està vivint. De la mateixa manera aquestes estratègies han ajudat a tot
el grup classe, ja que prendre consciència de tots els estats emocionals els ha
ajudat a madurar i aprendre a gestionar com exterioritzar una emoció.
Les activitats que he dut a terme són: explicació i reflexió de diferents contes
que treballen les emocions i l’aplicació de la Tècnica de la Tortuga. En l’àmbit
individual he modificat les estratègies organitzatives de l’aula per augmentar la
seguretat de l’infant proporcionant-li més autonomia.
Finalment, un cop fetes totes les intervencions s’ha pogut observar una millora
tant del comportament com de la gestió del grup classe.
The objective of this work is to collect the appropriate strategies to be able to
work in an ordinary classroom with all the children but especially with those who
show more difficulties to control their behaviour and their attention.
Hence, I have observed a 5 year old boy in a classroom who shows
hyperactivity and lack of attention together with emotional problems. Then I can
choose the most appropriate strategies according to the observed necessities.
I have taken some behaviour and emotional knowledge strategies into
consideration so that the child can be conscious of the emotion that he is
experiencing. These strategies have also been useful for the other children of
the class since being conscious of all the emotional states has helped them to
grow and to learn how to manage their feelings. The activities that I have done are: explanation and reflection about the different
short stories which include some work related to the emotions as well as the
implementation of the turtle’s technique. I have individually modified the
strategies related to the organization of the room in order to increase the child’s
security by giving him more autonomy.
Finally, once all the interventions have been done, there has been an
observable improvement of the behaviour as well as of the management of the
entire group. |
