El dol és un fenomen universal i humà, i tot i que el tema de la mort sembla ressorgir, a
Occident segueix sent un tabú. Això implica que les persones que ho viuen, es vegin amb dificultats per actuar davant una situació de pèrdua.
D’una altra banda, per alguns autors, el procés de dol va lligat a unes fases on cal treballar unes tasques per elaborar-lo de manera sana. Basant-me en les teories de Bowlby (1969), Worden (1997) y Payàs (2010), pretenc estudiar les fases que descriuen i veure de quina forma s’aplica el model de fases des del món professional. A més, aquesta investigació es centra en analitzar si aquestes fases es donen i com, a través de les persones que ho han viscut en primera persona.
La mort i el dol són conceptes a considerar en el nostre dia a dia, no de forma negativa, sinó com una realitat que no podem evitar i que va lligada a nosaltres des que naixem. Per això, aquesta investigació de final de grau, va dirigida als professionals que han de treballar amb el dol i a totes les persones que en algun moment de la seva vida hagin sofert alguna pèrdua, és a dir, a tothom.
Grief is a universal human phenomenon, and although the theme of death appears to emerge,
in the West is still a taboo. This means that people who live it, are having difficulties to act in
a situation of loss.
On the other hand, for some authors, the grieving process is linked to some stages where some
tasks have to be worked to make it healthy. Based on the theories of Bowlby (1969), Worden
(1997) and Payàs (2010), I pretend to study the phases described and see how the model of
stages is applied from the professional world. In addition, this research focuses on analyzing if
these stages occur and how, through people who have experienced first-hand.
Death and grief are concepts to consider in our day to day, not in a negative way, but as a
reality that cannot be avoided and is linked to us from birth. Therefore, this end-of-degree
research project, is addressed to professionals who have worked with grief and all those who at
some point in their lives have suffered any loss, to everyone. |
